Spotlight Session
Putting People at the Centre of AI Transformation
AI investment is accelerating at an unprecedented pace, with organisations worldwide committing over $300 billion a year to transformation initiatives. Yet turning that investment into meaningful impact requires more than technology alone. In this spotlight session, Dorottya Sallai explores why leadership confidence and capability are the defining factors in successful AI transformation. Drawing on global advisory experience, Dorottya introduces a practical, human‑centred approach to leading AI change. The session examines how leaders can understand context, equip their people with the right skills, align direction across the organisation, and deliver transformation with clarity and confidence. Attendees will leave with a clear leadership lens for AI, one that puts people at the heart of lasting organisational impact.

Featured Sessions
These sessions will examine why traditional models of curriculum design, assessment, and assurance are no longer sufficient, and what must change to produce graduates who are genuinely workplace‑ready. Through practicalcase studies, emerging frameworks, and honest cross‑sector discussion, will focus on redesigning learning around real‑world capability, human judgement, and adaptability. Delegates will leave with concrete insights into embedding AI literacy, aligning assessment with authentic work, and building educational experiences that prepare students not just to graduate, but to perform from day one.
This session will explore how learning must be operationalised, not just delivered. This will examine how AI is reshaping roles, skill lifecycles, and performance expectations, and what this means for continuous reskilling at scale. Through practical examples, operating models, and honest discussion, delegates will explore shifting from compliance‑ledl earning to capability‑led development, embedding learning into daily work, and ensuring people can apply judgement, adapt, and perform as roles evolve. Participants will leave with sharper insight into designing learning ecosystems that translate directly into workforce effectiveness.
Led by Jocasta Williams, Echo360, this panel session examines whether today’s graduates are truly AI‑ready, and whether employers are prepared to support and leverage an AI‑native workforce. Together, speakers will debate who holds responsibility for developing future talent and outline the critical shifts needed by 2030.
This workshop creates a space for attendees to apply ideas to a real-world institutional challenge.
Using the example of the Skills and Education Group, a provider and awarding organisation considering its digital transformation strategy, participants will work together to explore:
-
Are they asking the right strategic questions?
-
Are they focusing on the right priorities?
-
What gaps, risks, or opportunities might they be missing?
-
How do institutions move from policy ambition to operational reality?
These customer stories are not case studies in technology adoption; they are stories of cultural and strategic change. They demonstrate how Echo360 enables organisations to move beyond delivering learning experiences, toward building measurable, sustainable capability at scale, but with depth. Together, they offer practical inspiration for any institution or organisation seeking to redesign learning in response to the future of work.
