Our Active Learning Conference series ramps up this autumn with 2 events. We kick off the autumn with our first event in Los Angeles on September 21-22. Then we travel back to the East with a conference in Boston on October 6-7.
This year marks also the 10th annual Echo360 A/NZ Community Conference. This milestone event will take place at the Menzies Sydney Hotel from December 7-9. It will feature a comprehensive range of Echo360 and community presentations. Early-bird registration ends on September 30. So, book your spot early. We’ve already offered up a preview of two upcoming presentations for our Los Angeles event:
- Dr. Colin Montpetit will present on how he has been able to improve student outcomes by increasing their participation in his (very large) lecture courses. You won’t want to miss his presentation, “Transforming the Large Enrollment Lecture Classroom into an Active Learning Zone.“
- Echo360 Executive Vice President, Product, Bill Holding will talk about how Echo360’s solution has evolved from simply recording classroom session to now enabling a true active learning environment. In his presentation, “Active Learning for 2015,” Bill will talk about how today instructors have an opportunity to engage their classes and understand more about their students than ever before.
All of our Active Learning Conferences are free to attend. But, space is limited, so we encourage you to register early. For more information on upcoming events in your area, click here.
